I am an Application Development Senior Manager at Accenture, specializing in the Hospitality and Travel industry. I have primarily worked with UKG's Workforce Central software, utilizing Workforce Integration Manager, Setup Data Manager, Workforce Device Manager, Microsoft SQL Server Studio, Microsoft Visual Studio and Microstrategy. I have overall IT experience of 17 years.I have worked with a client who owns the largest global hotel chain, providing application maintenance support for their workforce management system in the US. I have worked on several projects ranging from system upgrades, migrations and enhancements. I have been involved in the solutioning, requirements gathering, business process design, application development, system and integration testing, up to deployment go live in production.I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from De La Salle University Manila in the Philippines. I certified in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and ITIL v3. Most recently, I have completed training on UKG Workforce Dimensions.
