Advised Deans, Directors and Managers on the effective management and interpretation of staffing information and data, to support strategic business plans. Managed the University’s compliance with external requirements and returns in relation to staffing data and processes – HEFCE, HESA, UCEA, Audit, Office for National Statistics.

Provided advice, guidance and support to senior managers and staff on all aspects of generalist HR (including performance and attendance; pay and grading; restructurings; termination; retirement; disciplinary; grievance; mediation and coaching; recruitment & selection). Provided a strategic HR service to the University in line with business and HR objectives, supporting and developing managers and staff.
