I managed a team of 7 direct reports and over involving induction, familiarisation and continuous personal development with a robust succession plan being imbedded. Regular reviews of staffing levels and KPI's and SLA's with clients and senior operations line managers. Implementation of all Health & Safety policies and subsequent audits this also included ISO 9001 Audits. Responsible for Business growth with the addition of add on sales and also involvement with tender processes for new businesses. Responsibility for P&L accounts for each contract with a combined budget in excess of £1.2m and experienced with the national P&L account. Entire business reviews and associated processes dependent upon client requirements.

Full budgetary control of £300k included responsibility for profit margins reflected in the P&L account. Also responsible for the training and recruitment of subordinate staff along with the general Kitchen management in accordance with Food Safety Management Systems and all associated paperwork. Held regular review meetings with Client and Customers to ascertain their expectations and requirements. I also did regular reviews of monthly menus in order to stay abreast of current and local food trends. I gained extensive knowledge and use of several catering accounting systems both Windows and MS dos based.
