Change Analyst
CurrentApply structured Change Management methodology to develop change strategies, plans and deliverables in partnership with Project Managers that will enable adoption of change initiatives.Manage and lead on the use of change tools that will support delivery of successful change initiatives, including; Change Impact Assessments, Stakeholder Analysis, Business Readiness and tracking, Communication and Engagement plans, Adoption tracking and Business Teansition plans.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as the trusted business partner with specialist knowledge and input on change activities.Collaborate with external stakeholders from supplier companies and with colleagues across the international Berkshire Hathaway Energy group of companies to develop suitable plans for Northern Powergrid.Proactively identify risks and resistance to change and develop mitigation plans.Produce management reports in the progress of change activities, highlighting key progress, risks, issues and mitigating actions.Work with the wide Change team on the overall delivery of the Northern Powergrid Change roadmap to ensure change activities are well planned, coordinated and visible to achieve successful outcomes.
