I have a real passion for people, teams and learning with strong interests in coaching science currently undertaking my masters in sport performance coaching to compliment my experiences with richer, deeper learning and understanding. I am a rugby coach with experience from grass roots sport development to professional level team levels, working across genders in 7s & 15s in international competitions. Very interested in growing and sharing my experiences in coaching, leadership, high performance culture and environments whilst supporting others to support themselves to realise their potential.
