I work in the energy industry as Finance Director at Three60 Energy Wells UK (formerly Fraser Well Management Limited).I have a background in SME corporate and audit services, qualifying as an accountant with the ACCA in 2006. Following this, I moved on to develop knowledge and experience in Corporate Finance (CF), focusing on financial modelling, business valuation, debt and equity finance and SME change of ownership scenarios. Achieving the ICAEW CF qualification in 2013 and collecting the outstanding achivement prize in the Corporate Finance Starategy and Advice final exam were rewarding points. My experience includes SME corporate accountancy, tax and compliance both in practice and in industry. I have 10 years of involvement in a range of corporate finance transactional work, including being part of lead advisory teams for acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs. In this time I developed a particular specialism in financial modelling and valuation arising out of business deals or fiscal, probate, matrimonial or dispute cases.In my current role, I use all of the skills developed in my accountancy and corporate finance career. In particular, financial modelling and forecasting, focused on project planning and delivery, cash flow and business strategy.
