Credit Control Manager.Oversaw the premium Credit Control Function (10+ staff) for a number of Lloyd’s Syndicates.Extremely successful and exceeded client expectations on a number of occasions.Extensive experience in all areas of credit control, for both inwards and outwards business – implementation of many controls and disciplines that assisted clients.Conducted a project for a Lloyd’s Syndicate looking at specific areas of debt and targeting problem reinsurers.Negotiating with brokers worldwide to resolve the outstanding issues.Implemented bespoke controls to monitor queried items to ensure that the syndicate were maximising the potential to resolve their outstanding debt issues.Involved in many other areas, managing projects as and when required.This included assisting in the restructuring of a Lloyd’s Syndicate’s Reinsurance Programme, working to identify areas where they had not maximised the potential of their Reinsurances.Other major roles included Resource Manager, which entailed interviewing and recruiting all staff for Lambourn.Management of the Lambourn in-house staff database.Development of three new Systems including implementation.Sat on various panels for CMGL regarding new systems and reviews of potential clients as well as the CMGL Credit Control steering Group.
