A highly motivated, conscientious and passionate educator who has experience of both established and start up schools. Experienced in both writing and developing existing curricula to meet the needs of the student body, Physical Education has been brought to the fore within all schools that I have worked. As a firm believer of developing from within, staff are empowered to further develop their own abilities to improve the learning experience of our students.Appointed as Head of Year with the remit of establishing the Pastoral system within the Secondary School. Working with staff to implement a student behaviour management system to both crate and establish a successful pastoral system that benefits all stakeholders within the community.
