One year fixed term contractCustomer facing role within Request Fulfilment.The contract focused on IPTEL service support and delivery, customer relationships via effective communication, and business analysis. Main responsibilities• High level aptitude for IT systems around IPTEL (IP based telephony) from initial setup through to fault finding and upgrading with changing client requirements. • Sole ownership of systems incidents for MBIE and latterly Toll New Zealand within the RF environment.• Complex problem solving within an IPTEL environment.• Workflow management, improving workflow systems by introducing new methodologies, better data management, reducing incident response times and managing workplace impact and risks for both clients and internal staff.• A proactive approach to technical and communication issues.• High level communication with a range of stakeholders – from internal, level one customer service staff to stakeholders at a senior level within MBIE and Toll.• Training graduates on service support requirements, improving team dynamics and response times.
