For example, the Utilities Act 2000, Fossil Fuel Levy, Interconnector Trading and Pricing Arrangements; Renewables Obligation and the FSMA 2000 (which introduced significant regulatory controls for the trading of energy and derivatives in the U.K.).Credit – • Drafting, negotiating and advising on enforcement of PCGs, LoCs, guarantees, netting agreements, indemnities and warranties.
