• Identified suitable vacant 7,500 square foot factory and verified that the services were suitable for bringing the entire outsourced production in house
• Designed entire factory layout for in sourcing of operation and selected all capital equipment and services required to do so
• Identified and negotiated with machinery supply and utility companies for equipment and services required to make significant savings on pricing
• Held meetings with various prospective contractors and installers and negotiated savings for major gas supply installation and all mechanical services

• Responsibility for the day to day running of the 7 day a week 12,000 square foot production operation with responsibility for 45 staff to maintain constant productivity of 21,000 pieces per week
• Identified steam boiler and steam pipe work management issues and made savings of 965 Kg of steam per hour removing the need to replace one of both of the boilers
• Identified cooling tower problems and made water savings of in excess of 365,000 litres per year

• Having researched the local Singaporean employment regulations, I recruited and trained 22 staff to Jeeves International standard
• Project managed final fitting out of two receiving shops
• Commissioned all the new equipment and advised of revising part of steam and compressed air installation to improve steam and air quality to ensure zero equipment failures
