- Build efficient design process to execute a comprehensive redesign of the platform to manage high impact advertisement by agencies for over 1000+ brands, spanning multiple countries and generating 4+ billion annual impressions.- Existing users reacted very positive to significant improvements.

- Partnered closely with the CEO and PO across all design stages, spanning from initial discovery and research to pilot development handoff, as well as strategic planning for product phases 2 and 3.- Consulting the CTO and PO during product roadmapping about features prioritisation and helping to identifying new business opportunities.- Contributed to the team by undertaking responsibilities akin to a project manager's role.- Pro-actively partnered with the development team, to perform technology research and the management of innovative initiatives, including enhancing the utilization of music recognition algorithm.

Worked closely with company CEO and project managers on several complex solutions and custom builds.

- Worked closely with product and platform architecture teams to complete re-design of the access control platform. Performed a complete information architecture review. Worked on UX and new design system.- Worked closely with product team to create new door opener mobile application, which will be available in Q1 2021, and it will improve the experience of 50.000+ active users.

TransferRoom was widely highlighted on the press including Guardian, NYT, The Sun.- Worked closely with CEO to bring features ideas into simple flows with clear UX.- Worked to create platform design system. Designed variety of complex UI components, which was re-used by other designers.- Supported company with marketing designs, including sales decks for Premier League football clubs and presentations for offline events with 150+ football clubs from 40 countries.
