I meet with a client or event director, prepare a technical solution, select staff, agree on a sub-rental of equipment, mount equipment and monitor work during the event. In some cases, I act as a sound engineer or lighting designer. There is no fixed algorithm in this work, because the events are very different and require an individual approach. In general, we are engaged in technical support of concerts, festivals, performances, choreographic performances, performances of rock groups, jazz bands and pop singers.

My work is divided into two parts: work at home or in the studio and directly work in the location. During the first part of the work, I contact representatives of the location in which we will work. I agree on what equipment we will bring with us (When we are not satisfied with the standard equipment at this location, we bring with us an audio mixer, microphones and personal monitoring). If we work on standard equipment, I use “offline” editor for prepare "start scenes” for the mixer (the same audio mixer is not always installed in the location as in the studio. Working with the “offline” editor can not only save time on the soundcheck , but also get acquainted with the sound console.). Using the Qlab softwere, I’m preparing a playback for my performance. While working at a location, I connect and coordinate the work of our equipment with the standard one, check the correct operation of the sound systems. I adjust the scene in accordance with the sound on the location, tune the microphones, create an audio mix. I am preparing a monitor mix for the artist in floor monitors and for IEM. During the concert, I control the sound in the hall, the monitor mix and turn on the playback. We use Midi to synchronize the show.
