After completing my engineering, Started my career with a manufacturing company named Nutronics India in Delhi as a Marketing Executive. I worked there for 5 months and then someone told me about the direct selling industry (Network Marketing) and I Joined a company named Forever Living Products International. where I worked as a Business Developer for more than 3 years, and I learned the best of my life lessons there. In just 10 months, I reached the position of Manager. I developed business partners in 18 states in just 3 years and developed major business in the Northeast region. I learned to take ownership, and accountability, give priority to what I want to achieve, be very clear about what I want, stay ethical and hit the goal there.Then faced a major setback and started again with a company as a Senior Marketing Executive. Learned to develop B2B business development there and customer retention. Lockdown created big problems and then choose to work as a PPC Executive & learned there about google ads, Facebook ads, lead generation etc. In January 2021, I got an opportunity to work with a company named Proveda Marketing India Private Limited as a Digital Marketing Executive and in less than 2 years promoted to National Business Trainer. Now I am heading the Business Development Department in Proveda India and working to develop business by giving training to existing Independent Business owners of the company. One thing I always say is "your ability is nothing without an opportunity". You must have a platform where you can deliver your best and a good platform requires great working ethics. The company will pay you according to what you are over deliver to them. Shift timing or working days are nothing to become successful in life. If you wanna grow faster then you will have to devote yourself to high-Intensity work, perform, over deliver in a shorter duration.
