Assist with the integration and expansion of SalesForce for customer, donor, and relationship-based revenue tracking and reporting. Assist in development and implementation of all customers and contact points from the social enterprises to establish a streamlined point-of-contact with detailed information and history. Assist in development and design of a streamlined point of sale system (online credit card processing) among the social enterprises. Ensure internal systems for tracking revenue to appropriate sources and uses.Work with programming staff to determine how youth hours and pay are currently tracked. Assess criteria for a tracking system that will capture youth hours worked within social enterprises. Identify financial office steps to track specific youth payroll data into monthly expense reporting, disaggregated by social enterprise area. Determine what items in each social enterprise are inventoried and need to be tracked. Develop tracking tools in conjunction with social enterprise staff. Develop tracking systems to improve efficiency and prevent out of stocks. Train social enterprise staff on how to use tools.

In-progress start-up to redevelop the process of food management. OneYum will reinvent the food cycle ensuring everyone has access to food by building relationships and supporting food production in rural and urban settings; developing distribution to already existing infrastructures so as not to be destructive in our pursuit of success; creating simple, delicious, and conveniently delivered meals to better manage food waste; and, expanding precious time in our customer's schedules by putting food waste to good use through compost initiatives that support our process of building local supply production.

Developed training schedule for practices in order to be best prepared for games and performances.
