Near the end of each of those processes I would lead a company wide meeting consisting of approximately 225 employees. I was also responsible for creating, modifying, implementing, and maintaining processes and procedures pertaining to employee scheduling. I would focus on building processes with priority on flexibility for the employee, consistency between employees, and efficiency. I administered the employee disciplinary system for all of my direct reports (drivers listed above), as well as any department that requested to participate. The system was used to influence employee actions including: promotion, scheduling, probation, suspension, and termination. I also oversaw the hiring for all Unitrans positions to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

Compile payroll reports for employees and management, including overtime, backpay, raise sheets, and overall payroll per departmental account. I also, acted as a resource for employees with questions regarding how their pay has been compiled and to correct any errors if they were discovered.
