The EARCOS Weekend Workshop is a highly successful professional development program every year. My areas of expertise are 21st Century Learning Skills, Assessment in the Multimedia Classroom, Technology integration (including 1:1 programs), Powerful presentations, and Apple learning and media tools.

As an Apple Professional Development Consultant, I share my technology-enhanced learning experience with fellow educators in seminar and workshop. I benefit from training and mentoring from other APDs and take advantage of APD learning opportunities.I have shared hands-on and Technological Literacy presentations with Suzhou Singapore International School, YKPao School Shanghai, and Chinese International School Hong Kong. I have also enjoyed longer, in-depth workshops that incorporate hands on skills development within a challenge-based learning environment for Apple Distinguished Educators - Japan, Ritsumeikan University Associated Schools - Japan, Canadian Academy (Kobe, Japan), International Schools Riau (Indonesia), 21st Century Learning Hong Kong, Learning 2.0 and Learning 2.010 (Shanghai), and Apple Educational Leadership Summit (Hong Kong 2009 and Singapore 2010). These workshops and presentations are folded into my teaching and technology integration at Concordia International School Shanghai.Dec 2010 - Hong Kong and Singapore Educational Leadership Summits - I presented sessions for local and international schools on the themes of Humanities in the Next Generation Learning Environment and Assessment in the Multimedia Classroom. Led by Gerry Smith, who was also joined by Jim and Kathy Lengel, Dr. Randy Yerrick, Andy Torres, Amanda Decardy, and John D'arcy, these two events generated excellent high level discussions around teaching differently and powerfully through technological infusion and purposeful learning environments.
