My name is David and I am a full-stack software engineer skilled in various technologies including JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, HTML, CSS, TailwindCSS, Vite, NextJS, Firebase, Supabase, and MongoDB.I initially pursued a career in accounting but soon realized it lacked the creativity I was seeking. My interest in software engineering was sparked during my role in my Inside Sales role, where I created a quoting tool using Excel macros and pivot tables. I was fascinated by algorithms and IF statements and knew I had found my calling in software engineering.Since then, I've practiced my skills in various languages and frameworks and have worked on several projects, including a rock, paper scissor game using vanilla JavaScript and a full-stack clone of Netflix using React, Javascript, and Firebase, and recently a Image Laminate matching web app using React, NextJS, TailwindCSS, and Supabase.When I'm not coding, I enjoy sports, cooking, watching Marvel movies, and playing Apex Legends with friends.
