RESPONSIBILITIES IN FRANCHISE INDIAI am responsible for the production, operations of exhibition & conference in all FRO’s from conception through to completion. Events can include:• Exhibitions and Fairs.• Conferences.• Promotions and Product Launches.• All Event Management including: PR with News channels, PR with print journalist.• Dealings with Government officials to obtain requisite permissions to hold Events.• Heading to Ground staff of operations.• Bargaining with vendors and issuing order with sanctioning their bills.• I work well under pressure, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of an event.• Coordinate with vendors regarding Stall & Company Branding and Exhibitions Setup.• Visiting the exhibition venues 2 days Pre-Exhibitions till Post-Exhibition.• Sending the drawings and art of the exhibition design.• Responding to the queries of the vendor.• Stall Fabrication, from installation to appropriate till putting down.• Erecting the entire set-up two days Pre-Exhibition.• Managing celebrity.• Coordinating with visual and audio vendors.• Managing all amenities that makes an event a grand success.OTHER WORKS & DEEDS• Researching markets to identify opportunities for events.• Liaising with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements.• Producing detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, legal Etc.)• Securing and booking a suitable venue or location.• Coordinating venue management, caterers, stand designers, contractors and Equipment hires.• Identifying and securing speakers or special guests.• Planning room layouts and the entertainment programmer, scheduling Workshops and Demonstrations.• Coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings.• Liaising with marketing and PR colleagues to promote the event.• Coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly.
