I have been afforded the opportunity to present, at scale​, ​to groups of 500+ individuals in digital and arena ​type ​environment.​ I am credited for strategizing and leading the transition to a completely digital environment with a Keller Williams franchise at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The efforts resulted in 8 of the highest record setting months of production in the company’s 22-year history. Together we have developed virtual learning environments and provided the resources necessary to allow our Realtors to operate in a completely digital capacity. Other achievements in 2020 include: $456,000 in profit for the investors of the franchise. In the same year I was recognized as one of the top three Keller Williams Team Team Leaders in our region, achieving “black belt” status in Keller Williams.
