Distribution & Logistics• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.• Ensures timely delivery against every PO. Prepared bill with complete documentation for Government institutions.• To ensure proper functioning of Cold storage room as per Siemens Healthineers Standard, Responsible to inform immediately any mal functioning of air conditioning unit in this area to engineering & QA department, also responsible to follow up for restoration of Cold storage room.• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.• Continually try to improve and develop business performance within the constraints of legislation, fuel costs and rising environmental pressures.• Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.• Client facing competencies with the ability to present and communicate at senior levels and across a range of stakeholders.Planning and Forecasting• To play a supporting role in organizing and managing Supply Chain activities and function within the organization.• Planning and procurement of material by Applying Material Management Techniques for on-time availability of Raw Material.• To timely procure the products by evaluating lead time, product nature and specification.• Collaborate with sales to determine supply future needs.• Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material during emergencies.• Maintain safety stock of fast-moving items based on fore casted sales and order with suppliers on time to have efficient stock management.• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.• Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Projects, Product Management, Marketing and Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.

• Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function.• Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.• Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.• Participate in key meetings in departments that support the delivery of customer solutions, such as Operations, Projects, and Product Planning.• Drive continuous improvement in the demand planning process such as current process gap analysis, automation tool identification/implementation, and identification of main KPIs.• Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs• Prepare Material Run Down reports.• Manage All the Procurement process for Import Material.• Setting Master production schedule and scheduling production in Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planner (ASCP). • Draw Contingencies to cover future/Present Shortages from Local Market• Managing MRP (Material Requirement Planning) with Advanced Supply Chain Planner (ASCP). • Interact with Sales, Projects, Product Management, Marketing, and Finance to understand demand forecast drivers.
