Hello, connections; I'm Rishabha Singh, an experienced civil engineering professional. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the prestigious NIT Calicut, where I gained a strong foundation in technical knowledge and problem-solving skills in many areas.After completing my undergraduate studies, I had the privilege of working at Larsen & Toubro ( a prestigious organization in civil engineering) in its energy business. As part of their team, I contributed to many projects, working closely with major public sector undertakings (PSUs) such as NTPC, SJVN, and DVC. Collaborating with these esteemed clients expanded my technical expertise and honed my project management and client engagement skills.My time at Larsen & Toubro provided me with a rich and all-around experience, but it also fuelled my curiosity and desire to explore the human aspect of organizations. Recognizing the pivotal role of influential people management in any enterprise’s success, I decided to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDM-HRM) at XLRI-Jamshedpur.I am immersed in the dynamic and intellectually stimulating environment at XLRI-Jamshedpur, where I acquire in-depth knowledge of HRM and develop the skills required to create inclusive and thriving workplaces. This program gives me valuable insights into various facets of HRM, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.Outside of my professional pursuits, I sincerely appreciate the arts. Photography and poetry are my creative outlets, allowing me to capture the world’s beauty and express my emotions through words. These hobbies provide me with fulfillment and enhance my creativity and perspective in all aspects of life. In my opinion, photography makes you a reasonable observer, and poetry makes you a good listener. I am an avid learner, always seeking new opportunities to grow personally and professionally. I believe in continuous self-improvement and staying updated with industry trends and best practices. Additionally, I actively engage in community service and have participated in various CSR initiatives like a blood donation drive in my workplace, a plasma donation drive during COVID-19, funds collection for floods in Kerala, etc., leveraging my skills to impact society positively.I am eager to connect with professionals who share my enthusiasm for creating exceptional workplaces and nurturing talent.
