Nothing brought me greater satisfaction than witnessing the grin on the customer's face when their issues were resolved. How can I forget the nostalgic tintin sound of Windows XPMy insatiable desire to learn helped me grasp CCTV technology in its early stages, presenting me with numerous opportunities to configure thousands of CCTV systems throughout my career. Trust me, I'm not exaggerating; this was my quirky 'secret spy 🕵️' side hustle back then.My passion for IT led me to seek new opportunities in the land of possibilities, the United States. One of my proudest achievements was creating a mobile monitoring system for airline✈️ ground support crews. This system recorded crucial activities required to meet compliance requirements.In another project, I developed a prototype for recording all activities at construction sites, which were then uploaded to a cloud-based FTP server. This data proved invaluable for validating vendor work and labor hours.I have led and implemented mission critical environments using technologies like VMWare, Hyper-V, Veeam, pfSense firewall, Synology SAN among others.My passion for technology and problem-solving has driven me to create solutions that have a positive impact on people's lives.
