Working primarily for the National Adaptation Plan (NAP) Global Network, I coordinate the design, delivery, and monitoring of global and regional peer learning activities among Global South governments and representatives, contributing to the advancement of NAP processes via peer learning and support. I research peer learning methodologies and strategies, develop resources and tools, and facilitate the outreach and advocacy of peer learning initiatives.

As the coordinator, I oversee ECOLE’s operations and administrative responsibilities as a non-profit, student-led sustainability organization. I support the facilitators, board of directors, and collective in fulfilling the mandates and objectives of ECOLE through programming, committee work, and accompanying policies. I organize and facilitate the ECOLE Annual General Meeting and other meetings among the board of directors and the ECOLE collective. I also provide technical and logistical support for facilitators’ sustainability micro-projects or Applied Student Research projects.

Working for the UBC Campus & Community Planning Office, I developed a multi-media Implementation Toolkit for UBC Climate Action Plan 2030, including an Action Map, a Facilitation Guide, Surveys and Templates in various formats. I devised contents and strategies for an interactive Action Implementation process, and built resources for climate action for university staff, faculty, and student organizations.

As part of a research project on Climate Kind Pedagogy, I conducted a systematic literature review on climate- and justice-informed pedagogies, adopting an appreciative inquiry approach in building this pedagogical framework.

I measured results and impacts of these programs on the McGill community, facilitated workshops for staff and students on sustainability practices and initiatives, and coordinated on-campus engagement activities such as class presentations and tabling.

Working for the Office of Sustainability, I helped recruit and train student consultants for the Sustainable Event Certification Program. I designed and facilitated workshops and trainings on sustainable event planning, developed sustainability resources and materials for event planners, and coordinated registration and certification of a range of sustainable events on McGill campuses.

I implemented alternative education and an applied student research on sustainability, engaged 45+ student groups in building a sustainability hub via space use.
