JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and articulate those into measurable KPIs Identify and support the social media analytics needs of clients by analyzing social media traffic using different listening analytics tools such Talkwalker, Sprinklr & Synthesio etc. Create & visualize reports and present holistic dashboards by pulling data from different data sources Formulate and document strategies for social media tracking, campaign monitoring and competitor assessment etc. Derive actionable consumer insights from trends, observed data and reports for the business owners and stakeholders Recognize and observe emerging trends, opportunities, and threats across social media channels Designing and implementing end to end social media analytics solutions to solve complex business problems, while maintaining direct communication with clients Sentiment analysis on social media data Deriving buckets which influence the sentiment Monthly monitoring of social media presence for client and competitors
