As a Partner with Executive Search firm Armon-Jones Partners, I am building out a first-class Risk & Compliance Practice, leveraging 30 years of Investment Banking experience in this field as a hiring Manager, to provide genuine ‘real world’ understanding and engagement around executive talent for Risk assignments in financial services. This project goes hand-in-hand with the executive coaching service I offer, creating one-to-one personal coaching, mentoring and leadership programmes, under the umbrella of management sponsorship.My coaching takes clients to new levels of performance and fulfilment by helping them to break down their own personal inhibitors and to unlock their unused potential, and by challenging them to tune into their own individual sources of inspiration and motivation. I encourage them to find their optimum performance level by drawing on their own personal values, passions and talents, and to become a thought leader and an agent for strategic change and cultural development. I also promote the value of team dynamics, encouraging my clients to discover their own inspired leadership - which, together with effective teamwork created in a carefully-built cultural environment, will measurably enhance performance.I draw on a rich and varied management experience, leading teams through financial crises, technical change and cultural development, which I believe provides a rich empathetic platform for my clients.
