Some of my major duties included:• Managing and overseeing coordination of office operations, reporting directly to company directors and assisting in all decisions made in terms of new products added to the portfolio based on market requirement• Managing all sales operations and direct sales communication to the customer• Organizing and overseeing all product-related events and launches• Assisting director with marketing and heading marketing operations• Improving the operational systems, policies and plans for effective running of the company• Being the face of the company in all sales/supplier meetings and arrangements• Developing training manuals and presentations based on wine knowledge
