Working within Strategy & Insight - ResearchEnd-to-end management of four high-profile continuous research projects – TV Platform Leavers (TV Churn), TV Platform Joiners (TV Acquisition), Broadband Leavers (Broadband Churn) and Broadband Joiners (Broadband Acquisition) including all analysis, data visualization, survey design/maintenance and insight generation.This role also invloved being the Data Integration SME for Strategy & Insight - working in conjunction with SkyIQ and Technology to create a bespoke self-serve warehouse environments.I also worked directly with Customer Management and Broadband Marketing on various strategic Churn and Acquisition projects, providing advanced analytical support and insight and day-to-day worked with both the Trading and Product Insight teams to help answer business critical questions on strategic projects.

Working within Strategy & Insight - Customer Operations Research.Supporting the production of high quality in-depth analysis and reporting from all data secured through customer & people research activity and managing deep-dive analytics/insight projects and activities to provide root cause analysis on trends and issues identified.This role also involved supporting the briefing process to co-ordinate the link between insight and action, contributing to the design, development and delivery of communication content and activity that promoted the customer experience agenda and creating and maintain strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders within Customer Operations and the wider Customer Group.

Working within Supply Chain.Working in collaboration with the Resource and Materials teams to understand performance data and to convert it into management information/business intelligence that clearly illustrated the impact on Supply Chain KPIs and operational performance making tactical recommendations where appropriate.This role also involved acting as an internal consultant to compliment the planning teams with analytical input and where appropriate seeking opportunities to transfer knowledge and develop team skills and providing business insight into Planning performance; making recommendations for change to drive improvements in effectiveness and efficiency.

Working within Supply Chain.Responsible for the entire analytical element of a number of different projects including Pace HD Swap-out Programme.This role involved Management Reporting design and production, ad-hoc and structured analysis, building and developing automated database solutions to replace existing manual processes, developing SQL Reports within the IFS Inventory Management System and continuous improvement initiatives.

Working within Credit Solutions.Responsible for the entire analytical element of a number of different projects including Esme2 and Active Charging.This role also involved building and developing automated tactical and long-term solutions within different projects to deliver cost-saving benefits to the Business, Management Information design and production, ad-hoc and structured analysis and cost-saving benefit investigation, calculation, forecasting and reporting.I also managed and monitored the workload of the Analyst Pool - a team of four Assitant Business Analysts.

Mapping processes delivered by the Metering Programme using Nimbus Control.This role required the identification and comprehension of the impact of a process on the existing business activity, communicating with the appropriate business stakeholders to ensure any impacts were effectively managed, managing the expectations and interaction between different business units such as Customer Services and Operations and identifying areas of duplication within the current Metering Programme activities and removing/identifying potential process gaps.

Primarily involved in project work. Projects involved in and responsible for included: Project Talisker, Project Valentine, Courtesy Call, QS06 Automation, QS Rejection Processes, ETM Portfolio Project.Also responsible for Management Information design and production, ad-hoc and structured analysis, building and developing automated solutions, general project management and process mapping.

Senior Customer Service Advisor within both the Supplier Account Management and Browser Teams. Primarily involved in project work. Projects involved in and responsible for included: ETM Non-Purchase, Hays Logistics Work Migration, Northern Electric Misdirected Payments Project, CPP Quality Monitoring Criteria.

Partly Responsible for the migration and adaptation of 95% of the existing CPP processes from a daytime operation in Manchester to a twilight operation in Edinburgh.

Dealing mainly with Gas Competition issues, also dealing with Gas Sales and General Enquiries.

Dealing with ETM Change of Tenancy and ETM General Enquiry calls
