• For the majority of my time at ReAssure my role was supporting the communication workstream of a large IT platform migration project. This included:
• analysing and/or identifying the various impacts across multiple products, commission and services
• planning, writing and ensuring delivery of clear communications to advisers and customers
• ensuring consistency of language and clarity of message
• commissioning and analysing qualitative and quantitative research
• supporting operational functions with readiness planning, script content and complaint responses. I was also instrumental in the design of a new online support hub for financial advisers.

• As a proactive marketing manager I was involved with virtually all aspects of the protection business, including:
• planning and delivering consistent, compelling and effective campaigns, within budget; both customer and B2B focused
• working closely with the sales and product development teams, and other product marketing managers, to identify new and tactical messaging in line with business targets and strategy
• creating interesting and informative copy for print, web, social media, video, webinar and events, adhering to brand and tone of voice
• subject matter expert for large projects across the business and external product research companies
• supporting operation areas with communications, complaints, form design and promotional activity
