I work to raise awareness of the challenges and solutions to the climate and by diversity crisis Sing useful resource is and engaging events. I also work to increase growth of, and engagement within our cross-government climate community to facilitate the sharing of best practise and support those working in the climate biodiversity space; professionally and personally.

I am lead for Education in the Climate Change Collective; a cross government organisation to grow the voice of climate change within and across government.

I help communities mitigate flood risk in the Devon and Cornwall area of the United Kingdom through community engagement. I use my expertise in flood risk management and climate change to help them prepare for and remain safe during flooding and also bounce back quickly afterwards.I also work in emergency response during incidents to ensure that communities are warned of flooding events in their areas around the clock.

Managed the health, safety and well-being of all the Environment Agency employees at the Environment Agency Regional Head Office in Exeter. Sourced works on the building, performed health and safety assessments on colleagues working environments in the office. Ensured compliance of contractors dealing with our waste streams and helped to reduce the emissions of the office site.

I helped steer the direction of research in the company by producing all literature research reports for the company. I managed our peer-reviewed journal database, enhancing the flow of information throughout the company and I also produced our first electronic clinical study format for our clinical study report submission to the Food and Drug Administration in the United States.
