CurrentLead RFP process, business case development, and C-level buy-in/funding to engage in deployment of a strategic cloud-based digital telco leveraging data-lakes, AI, NLP, micro services architecture, in a multi-year, +$80M dollar program. To stay competitive during the build, our team was tasked to also build business value in tandem to be competitive in the marketplace. Programs deployed included: 1) eSIM with Google, 2) Chatr 611 RCS to replace sunset USSD technology, 3) DAYPASS Program (Received Rogers Team Business Excellence Award) 4)iSMS Top-up program for self serve, and 5) Targeted Offers program (Received Team business Excellence Award)Rogers Bank Mastercard brain-storming session picked my proposal over those of other VPs and business units that participated. Many of the differentiated benefits included were from my submission. These include front-of-the-line access to device launches, automatic roaming, exclusive entertainment experiences.
