Most recently during the CV-19 period I have been growing and developing the catering arm of my restaurant Rocker. We have been producing several high-profile weddings & events while the events industry has been in lock down due to CV-19. I am now eager to get back into the production industry and work with progressive brands and bring them to life.

I started consulting to Seedlip AU in July 2019 & working with them to help improve their events & operational procedures as they expanded in the AU market. I moved to a full time role in December 2019. My role was planning and forecasting annual events calendar, producing major events, growing and managing their national events activity, asset development, streamlining operations incl. implementation of new technology, innovation & cost saving strategies. Management of annual master budget producing quarterly activity reports.In Jan 2020 I took a new role within the company as Head of Operations for Asia Pacific. This role involved researching individual markets to launch Seedlip, researching and connecting with distribution companies, building and developing brand ambassadors in each market, developing trade advocacy, education & training programs for ambassadors to deliver to local trade and increase awareness around the non-alc industry.Due to CV-19 the global hospitality industry & events industry shut down. This halted all Seedlip operations including events and experiences as well as my new role assisting with the APAC launch of the brand.

I took over the role of general manager at my restaurant during a period of change. Over the year leading the team, we focused on raising the profile of the business through a series of programs and events resulting in increased profitability. We focused on recruitment & training and developing exisiting staff to promote within to create a stronger pool of skills to support our program of events. There was a focus on implementing new technology within the business to increase productivity and reduce costs and a move towards increased marketing & PR to increase awareness and reach for the venue. At the end of the year we recruited a new GM to take over the running of the venue as I stepped away.

I took on a contract role with IMG Live to assist while they went through a busy period of execution. I was responsible for leading the production team & delivering experiential projects across multiple industries such as fashion, culinary, tourism, sport & motor industry. Clients included Melbourne Marathon, City to Surf, Mercedies Benz Fashion week Sydney & Melbourne, Meat Stock activations for Carlton United Breweries, David Jones, Porsche, Destination NSW to name a few. The role included client & account management, project conceptualisation , feasibility, creative, pitching, end to end management of events & production elements, budget management & profitability.

I was one of three team members that launched Sweet&Chilli in Australia in 2011. My career began in events and account management and over seven years progressed to running the events division growing the business to activate over 500 events per year across AUS, NZ, ASIA & USA.My contribution and overall management of their largest events and clients led to its rapid growth and success here in Australia helping securing contracts with clients such as Diageo in AUS/NZ/USA, Pernod Ricard, Bacardi, Schweppes, Lion and Coca-Cola.My role included event production and management of large-scale events, project & department budget management, business development including pitching and securing new business, staff management leading a team of 6 in house event managers and producers.I left my role at Sweet&Chilli to expand my knowledge and skills across different industries
