My quest for progression, brought me across the Country to Penzance, where I took the position of Grocery Manager. After 4 months in this position I made a substantial impact on the department and was promoted to Assistant Store Manager, a role which I continue under the Morrisons umbrella and title of Assistant Deputy Manager.

Employed as trouble shooter, to investigate and resolve a multitude of issues within the Customer Cafe.

Responsible for all KPI's associated with running a busy Delicatessen with sales circa 25k a week.
