I am a recent graduate from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a degree in Supply Chain Management and a concentration in Marketing, conferred in May 2024. Known for my strategic approach to challenges, I developed this mindset during my tenure at Kroger's E-commerce department. There, I actively devised and executed innovative strategies to enhance departmental efficiency amidst increasing order volumes.My professional interests revolve around optimizing operational flow and advancing my skills in leadership and relationship-building. I gained valuable leadership experience as a graduate assistant kicking coach at my high school, stepping into a role that required me to coach and mentor a team effectively. This leadership experience contributed to notable achievements such as guiding our place kicker to All-State recognition and securing consecutive State Championship titles.I am excited to leverage my leadership capabilities, develop relationships and help drive operational excellence and uphold the highest performance standards in supply chain management.
