I am a tenured, self-driven data scientist with experience in a wide variety of topics including optimization, machine learning, and Bayesian and frequentist statistical modeling. I excel at grokking new, exciting problems and delivering meticulous results. In the process of building impactful data science products, I've also learned fluency in full-stack software development, from big data engineering with Hadoop, to front-end UIs with React and from Jenkins to Kafka. I have a huge span of interests outside of data science, too, including language learning (Norwegian & Russian currently), triathlon, economics, sustainability, and a lotmore!
