Field Sales Executive for HeinekenConvenience Sector* Actively prospecting and signing new accounts onto the 'star retailer scheme'* Selling the brands portfolio direct company and business owners* Completing call coverage of over 250 accounts in line with company targets.*Making sure all KPI's are met.*Negotiating increase in share of space in order to maximise on shelf awareness of brands.* Continuously using selling skills to deliver business objectives.*Closing distribution gaps and introducing npd through van sales.

Operating within the convenience and independent retail sector, promoting product retailer scheme to owners and managers. Working with a major FMCG brand, developing new business and driving sales in this competitive environment. Working with Cash and Carry operators along with Symbol and chain groups as well as multi site owners.

Management of existing customer base within the DVD entertainment market in order to increase rental, retail and promotional activity whilst ensuring quality standards are maintained in order to protect brand profile. Targeted on profit realisation achieved through increased rental and retail volumes. Main customer base is all symbol groups such as SPAR, Londis and Costcutter within a geographical area covering North and Mid Wales, West Midlands, Cheshire and Wirral.

Management of a community-focused convenience store with full responsibility for customer service, staff management & training, stock management and financial accountability.
