Manage all aspects several projects daily and coordinate staff duties and maintain safe work sites. Search for new products and vendors and negotiate pricing. Track change orders for all projects and create daily reports. Generate daily reports for projects and ensure the project is on track according to calendar. Daily interaction with clients to make sure they are prepared and are addressing their responsibilities and decisions to keep project on time. Also answer any questions or concerns they have. Site meetings with trades, clients and staff to review project scope of work and lay the basis for the quote/proposal. Track and gather information from trades/suppliers to prepare a detailed quote.Site visits to review projects and ensure safety policies are being adhered to. Final site review to ensure all aspects of the project is complete and make a list of deficiencies and arrange for final service or repairs.
