I am delighted to have been successful in being appointed regional trainer for region 6 Merseyside which covers North Wales, Merseyside, Staffordshire and Carlisle starting 1st July. Responsibilities Include:• Working closely with your Regional Leader to improve leadership capability within stores• Supporting the store teams in adhering to the increased compliance rules & regulations, and to ensure consistency across the regions• Being a role model for store teams - supporting industry leading customer experiences that creates an enviable and memorable environment to visit• Working with the Stores’ leadership team to help grow our direct channelsI am really looking forward to this fabulous opportunity and working with all the store teams in the Merseyside region

My role as a Store Leader is to create a world class customer experience and this is delivered through a high performing, motivated and engaged retail team who are really clear on what a great in-store experience looks like. My goal is to drve the store and people performance through effective management whilst coaching and developing my team to achieve and improve business KPI's including sales targets, store standards, customer experience measures, compliance and costs. My area of expertise is that of a conduct and performance coach where I am an area support to effciently manage and guide managers through the performance management routes within their own teams and I also have vast experience in recruitment and selection especially in being involved with the gratuate and intern selection and interview process.
