-Oversee the distribution, imaging and shipment of the collateral to meet warehouse bank and investor requirements.-Generate and deliver adhoc reporting upon request from management and executive team.-Provides comprehensive QA reporting of Collateral processing to management.-Provides guidance to employees in regards to daily production performance and business needs-Handles daily reconciliation of imaging failures.

-Solid knowledge of all Post Closing functions-Process Collateral 1st and 2nd liens, CEMA, Co-Op, Correspondent and specialty Bond loans.-Process Shipping of closing packages to Investors to include Bond and Agency loans as well as Mortgage Credit Certificates.-Completed audit validation to Conventional, USDA, VA, and Bond/Housing oans to ensure all required documents are available and executed correctly. Request missing documents or corrected documents from various individuals internal and external. Notated UI and (Encompass) as to pending, received and cleared deficiencies.-Complete inure of Government loans by gathering required documents and information to clear deficiencies to include endorsing suspended loans once the deficiencies are cleared. Perform data entry to government websites.-Executes corrections and re-records of defective final documents returned by investors.

-Followed defined process for shipping closed loan package to investors.-Provide updates to system of record with detailed notes and dates.-Solid Knowledge on Investor requirements for over 100+ agencies.-Solid knowledge of all delivery types and document requirements. (Agency, Bond/Housing, and MCC)-Solid knowledge of closing types and document requirements (FHA, VA, and Conventional)

-Scan loan files to the appropriate document type.-Identify document deficiencies in regard to missing notes, security instrument or other key loan files requirements to meet the Agency or Investor requirements.-Intake and distribute all incoming mail to appropriate parties.-Maintain filing and purging for collateral loan packages based on closing, funding, and purchase dates.
