-Scan loan files to the appropriate document type.-Identify document deficiencies in regard to missing notes, security instrument or other key loan files requirements to meet the Agency or Investor requirements.-Intake and distribute all incoming mail to appropriate parties.-Maintain filing and purging for collateral loan packages based on closing.
