The Audience Services Supervisor is responsible for ticketing and sales operations, membership services, remote box office operations, weekly department scheduling, new employee hiring and training, email correspondence and customer dispute resolution. While in this position, I successfully managed the first Hamilton National Tour’s San Francisco ticketing operations, requiring new methods of personnel management, inventory controls, communication strategies and ticket delivery control systems.
