As an experienced and driven administrator and project manager, I have a proven record of identifying areas for improvement, development and growth within an operation. I have demonstrated success in change management projects and seen improvements in client satisfaction following innovations I have designed and implemented. Translating vision into actionable delivery plans is something I am experienced and passionate about. I have worked with several strategic visionaries on restructures, business plans and estates developments and helped to create actionable delivery plans that colleagues, partners and stakeholders have bought into, felt part of and delivered. More often than not, I have been responsible for that delivery too. I led and delivered one of the largest staff consultation and reorganisation programmes in the University's history. The operational staff restructure involved consultation with over 120 staff members and a more structured and supportive structure being implemented. Creating clearly defined roles and responsibilities and career progression opportunities. Whilst at the University of Cambridge I oversaw income growth from £2milion to £2.2 million and a deficit to surplus improvement.
