This included Receipt Through Life, Dispatch, and Archiving. Order Relation and Control of material lists, the Creation and control of Job and Travel Packs, Material Management, were all part of my day to day work. I Managed the throughput of warranty and small orders within the department. Controlled all Technical Information, Drawings, Corporate Procedures, DEP’s, PIL’s BR’s, NES, BS’s etc. Daily talking to the customer (RAILPART) to fulfil his needs for all projects.MISG My main duties where to help create and control part numbers within the company. I am Fully trained in the use of Primavera P3 and P5 and have knowledge of P6, I am conversant with Microsoft Project, I have a very good knowledge of Excel and many other Planning tools. Some of the duties are policing timesheets and Man Plans to ensure they are populated in the correct format. Managing the staff database to ensure its accuracy.
