Preparation of M&V plans for multiple clients in the banking/insurance sectors. Identification of exceptions within ongoing datasets, creating regression models based on historic consumption patterns. Identification of the appropriate independent variables and calculation adjustments based on the observed data, enabling clear communication of savings achieved during an Energy/Carbon performance contract.

Management of client consumption reporting and verification of energy consumption data, providing additional analytics and insight to a range of high profile clients. This was delivered through a mixture of in-house systems and bespoke reporting tailored to the needs of the client and via a variety of different channels. Responsibility for initial internal auditing of data to support Mitie Group's SECR Reporting, which required in-depth analysis and identification of erroneous entries within datasets, and ensuring that these were properly investigated and able to be explained. Presentations to a variety of clients with differing knowledge levels, as well as taking the responsibility for training internal teams and external clients on our customised systems.

Working within a small in-house energy team, responsible for invoice validation and query resolution. This also included the production of various reports for schools and internal stakeholders with regards to energy consumption.

Initially beginning as a summer temp undertaking data input, I was kept on permanently and had responsibility for the entitlement assessments for student finance for the West Sussex and Portsmouth LEA's. This involved verification of supporting documentation, study details, as well as other personal eligibility criteria for university applications, in accordance with complex government legislation. This involved a quantity of face to face and telephone appointments with applicants, and having to sometimes convey bad news. When this was the case, I took the time to try and signpost to additional sources of help.
