I am responsible for the main production in the meat department. Not only will I handle the labor-intensive tasks at hand, I also deal with the analytics of the operations from day to day. In my industry, accuracy is key to achieving our monthly goals. We have to change our production schedules based on consumer tastes, upcoming holidays, expected weather, changing costs in raw materials, and other factors. No one day is ever the same as we are challenged with adapting to our customers and the unpredictable Indiana climate!

My job entails the daily production of meat products to customer tastes and preferences. I relay information between the customers and the meat cutters in order to make production more accurate. I set up displays that will attract attention and make sure the counters stay filled. I am the first person that makes contact with customers. I have learned to build great relationships with everyone that shops at my store. We deliver the perfect cut every time!
