Following a successful technology career with a number of European IT Director roles, I set up Great Benefit Ltd in 2001 to provide both consultancy and product development for our customers. Since then, most of my work has been for Private Equity backed portfolio companies and I have undertaken a combination of long-term leadership and strategy roles along with also providing programme management services.Typically working with senior management teams, Boards and external shareholders, I have designed and executed long-term technology strategies to support the full investor life-cycle from initial purchase to sale.
