After a decade of Medical Laboratory Science experience, I have learned how to manage multiple high priority projects, implement productive culture shifts, and adapt to the constantly changing regulations in the healthcare industry. I have also been given the opportunity to get my MBA from the Foster's School of Business at the University of Washington, and I want to use my education to provide support and opportunities for people in the healthcare community. The pandemic has given me the unique opportunity to embrace a growth mindset, and I have been able to utilize what I have learned in accounting, fianance, and operations managment as a leader at Virginia Mason.
