A community group whose objective is to facilitate community-owned wind farms in Central West NSW. I managed a trial residential energy efficiency program and achieved a high customer participation and satisfaction rate as well as customer savings of up to 40% in electricity consumption. I also met my company's obligations in terms of milestones and reporting. The results of the trial were used to design further energy efficiency products and services.

I managed six operational teams working in Bushcare, bush regeneration, weed management, walking tracks and fire mitigation. From 14 staff when I started I expanded the team to 25, changed position descriptions to bring more flexibility to operations and aligned the work practices to minimise conflict within the team.
