Having been based in the PwC London valuations business, my role was extended to lead, develop and grow an incremental, sustainable and profitable valuations business serving UK regional clients. This was a strategic role to build dedicated teams in specific locations across the UK to provide expert valuation advice and strategic support to locally based businesses. This resulted in a team that grew across 5 locations outside London, creating substantial incremental revenue and profit from start up to an established regional valuations business.Areas of expertise include valuation and reviewing business strategies for clients ranging from multi-national blue chip clients to SME's. Also, recognised as an industry expert in negotiating and agreeing share valuations with HRMC.Extensive consultative experience at Board level advising on management and growth strategy.Lecturing and training across all elements of valuation process, procedures and project management on an international basis.
