Ian is a highly motivated and adaptable individual with more than 30 years of practical experience spanning a broad spectrum of technically demanding leadership and management roles within the Australian Defence Force and Defence industry.Ian has developed his technical proficiency from the ground up, starting as a fitter and turner and then moving through a variety of roles to develop extensive management and logistics experience. Throughout this journey, Ian has gained broad leadership experience, and participated an many management and engineering development programs, consistently achieving excellent results.Ian has been comprehensively trained in maintenance techniques and philosophies, maintenance scheduling, Integrated Logistics Systems (ILS) and Occupational Health and Safety(OH&S) Management.Ian is a confident and effective communicator with the ability to adapt his presentation and meeting styles to suit the requirements of his audience.
