I have a great interest in cnc machining. i am always keen to try new things on the machines and different ways off doing things to see which achieves the best and most productive out come for the company and the component. As a person i am competent and confident in what i do and like to make sure the job is done right all the time and in the best possible way. i can also single handedly program, set up and run five mazak cnc turning machines which include two gantry operated machines, a bar fed single spindle machine, a bar fed double spindle machine and a normal three jaw single chuck turning machine which also can do some live tooling, however i am not as experienced in the area of live tool as the company does not get many jobs requiring the operation. I am keen to widen my knowledge on the live tooling side though.
